Holoxica was part of a panel about “Underrepresented founders” at Scotland’s first Women’s Health Innovation Forum in the National Museum of Scotland, organised by Goddess Gaia Ventures and the Scottish Government. Maree Todd, the Scottish Minister for Public Health, Women’s Health and Sport opened up the event. She explicitly mentioned the Scottish "Near me" videoconferencing, which especially helps women who have multiple roles including as carers. To what we tweeted that “the next-gen videoconferencing won't be 2D, but natural 3D without glasses/headsets”, which she retweeted!
